any one tell me ,

 Actuly i dowload  one fee skin and container for project but the problem is how add me date , day and logo of company in header of web side in that  skin and also gool search (side ,web).

If the skin doesn't have the options you want you'll need to edit the skin to include them.  You can take a look at the skinning documentation to get started, and ask questions in the skinning forum as you run into problems.

Or you could look for a skin that meets your needs.

It's hard to tell you anything for certain about the skin you downloaded since you didn't say what the skin was or give a link to it.

Regarding the logo, if your skin uses the LOGO skin object then you can set the portal's logo graphic under:

   ADMIN -> SITE SETTINGS -> APPEARANCE -> LOGO

If your skin does not already have the LOGO skin object, here is example code for adding it to your skin:

Regarding the date, your skin needs to include the CURRENTDATE skin object.
