I ust upgraded to 4.9.2, but also must add that I did not try this in previous versions. If someone could double check with their systems and confirm or deny?

Steps to produce:

Admin->User Accounts
   Select Manage User Profiles
   Select Edit next to any profile item (I used Time Zone)
   Select Return to Profile Properties List without making any changes
   Select Cancel from the Profile page

Results:

Server Error in '/dnn' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /dnn/Admin/UserAccounts/tabid/42/filter/ /currentpage/ /Default.aspx

I think the "/ /" is the issue.

Yup, I'd say you found a bug. I was able to get this error though I came across a different error message following your steps, likely a result of the same error, but different because I'm using the URL Master's module from Ifinity.

I end up with

Unhandled error loading module.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Unhandled Error Adding Module to ContentPane ---> System.InvalidCastException: Conversion from string " " to type 'Integer' is not valid. ---> System.formatException: Input string was not in a correct format. at Microsoft.VisualBasic.CompilerServices.Conversions.ParseDouble(String Value, NumberformatInfo Numberformat) at Microsoft.VisualBasic.CompilerServices.Conversions.ToInteger(String Value) --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at Microsoft.VisualBasic.CompilerServices.Conversions.ToInteger(String Value) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Users.UserAccounts.Page_Init(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.OnInit(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.UserControl.OnInit(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.AddedControl(Control control, Int32 index) at System.Web.UI.ControlCollection.Add(Control child) at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin.InjectModule(Control objPane, ModuleInfo objModule, PortalSettings PortalSettings) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I'll get this added into Gemini at http://support.dotnetnuke.com

As it is fixed in DNN 5, I'm not certain if any bugfix for this will happen in 4.x releases. Thanks.
