Since upgrading to DNN5.0, my administrator accounts don't have permission to hit the "Upload" button, it says they are either not logged in, or do not have permission.  This is under Admin -> File Manager.

If I log in using the host administrator account, the upload button works fine (under the Host menu as well as the Admin menu).

make, the user or a role, he is member of, has write permission for the folder.

That's just it, it's the administrator users.  If I log in as admin, I have access to 100% of the site without a problem, but I go to file manager under the admin menu, and the upload button is enabled, but clicking on it says:

Either you are not currently logged in, or you do not have access to this content.

I'm quite sure I have permission since I even have access to modify the "Folder Security Settings".  I'm quite sure this is not as simple a solution as you suggested, since even adding "All Users" to Read and Write permissions results in the same message.

Yet if I log in as the host administrator, I can upload files no problem.  This is on a shared host, I'm quite sure that physical file system permissions are not the issue here either, but rather something getting messed up in the upgrade process? Anything I can check?

 re-save the folder permissions.
