I am looking for a form module which will allow me to develop (without coding) a series of user controlled profile forms.

-          As each user fills in their profile they should be able to click on a check box which will allow them to hide or make available to the public the information entered on each line of the form.

-          For example, a user may want to have their contact information hidden and all generic information about themselves available for others to see.

-          Once the form is completed, this information would then be sent to a SQL database and could then be instantly reviewed by the user.

-          Certain parts of the profiles need to be displayed in table format for easy data viewing.

I have yet to find a DNN module that adequately supports this feature. Does anyone know of a DNN module that has these capabilities? Data Springs Dynamic forms 2.7 along with their Dynamic Registration 3.2 module come close to doing this but there is still coding to do.
