Hello.

You can use Task Scheduler to constantly reindex the site content?

 yes, you can use DNN scheduler for this purpose, but this is not a full re-index, depending on the modules.

You can do this however 1) some modules cannot be indexed, most can and 2) this will give you quite the performance hit.  I have seen sites have significant performance problems with indexing happening every 30 minutes let alone constantly.

How can I implement this?

I only use mlhtml, html and wiki modules.

 MLHTML and HTML are indexed quite fine, just enable the serchindexer job in host :: scheduler. Not sure about wiki, I never used it in production.
