A useful free colour utility?

I was working on an all green colour set in a css menu and thought that it would be nice to have a utility that allowed me to pick and store colour palettes.
A quick Google later I found a free utility and its turning out to be so useful I though it worth a post.

You can build / pick your own palettes or use stored or preset web-safe colours.
There is also a small add-on that builds a simple xml file to display palettes in a browser.

Actually I wish the colour palette storage in Photoshop was as well worked out as this tool.

Hope this of some use to others

Ian
