When logging in with a superuser account, nothing on the webpage is "clickable." When hovering and/or clicking, nothing happens. Can't even use the search feature. The only links that do work are the privacy statement and terms of use links.  Logging in with a non-super user account works just fine. I promoted a standard user to a superuser via an SQL statement and the links stop working. Demoting the same user back down to a standard user resolved the problem.

Weird thing is that it was working for a couple of months, and just went sour on its own today.

Nothing was changed.

Anybody know what's going on?

Vanilla install of DNN5, using DNN-proivded blue skin, and no additional modules were installed.

MSSQL 2005

Win2k8 Enterprise

Not sure if this will help.

But in the upper left hand corner make sure you have the current view set to "Edit".
