Not sure whether anyone has experienced this and managed to fix it, we are running version 4.9.0 and we have created a new portal based on a template. Users were registered without a problem but when logging on to the website the URL was something like the following ctrl/238/language//default.aspx

All images were missing because of the double ‘//’, I looked at the profile of the users and noticed all the mandatory profile properties in this portal are missing. When looking under another portal there is no way to delete them or add them back.
Is there a way that I can get them back safely?
Thanks for your help in advance
