I need to know how DotNetNuke work
I need to know if the dotnetnuke store the pages that I create inside dotnetnuke in HTML files or store it in Database
As example :
I install dotnetnuke in my local test server and create new page with name ” test page “ that mean the content of this page will store in html file or will store in database server.
It is important to me to answer this question please

All content is stored in the database and layout is placed in an .ascx file.

DNN pages are created dynamically from multiple tables when displayed, taking into account user permission, display time constraints, substituting user variables and more. In general, there a a page, holding a number of modules, another table stores module arrangement on the page and finally a page skin and module containers are applied.

How far has you come in the evaluation process? Have you manage to install dotnetnuke once? Its is a database driven application and thus it gives you search ablity as well as login and user authentication functions ... so you can show one page for one user and not for another users that doesn't have rights to see that particular content.... this is why one is using a database in a CMS system
