I have seen threads on here about having 2 Nav menus in one skin but I don't understand how it  works. The best I can do is duplicate the same menu twice.

I want a top menu and a left menu. I want different items / links in each and a completly different style to each.

When I add a new page, I want to specify which menu it goes into. At the moment there only appears to be a single checkbox for "include in menu" but you cannot tell it which menu.

Any help, please

DNN only has one menu structure that it maintains.  What you can do is have a skin that has two menus, and use a different "root node" for your side menu.  You can then in page management setup all links for the side menu as child elements of that root node.

Hi Mitch

Is this doable with the menu component that comes with dotnetnuke or are you talking about a welbuilt menu component like fron Ventrians?

Is there an example or tutorial of this somewhere online.

I was trying to use the links module but it does not look like you can cusomize the look and feel, other than changing the default 'link' style.
