I am looking for a module that will enable a client to send a picture from a mobile phone and upload it to a page on their site.

They go on outings and want to let others see pictures "as it happens" from the outing.

Their mobile has the ability to send a picture as an attachment to an email and would be the easiest method instead of trying to use a mobile browser to log on to the site and upload that way.

Any ideas?

I am not aware of any module out there that does this at the current time.

However, I'm sure that you can have something built.

(If you are interested in a custom build, feel free to e-mail me msellers@iowacomputergurus.com, custom module development is what I do!)

You could signup for a Flickr account as your datastore for your images, and then use one of the flickr modules to display that photoset on your DotNetNuke website. Flickr provides an email address pictures can be sent too and posted automatically, along with a handful of mobile applications specifically designed to uploads images on the go.

I also have a free photogallery module that binds directly to both Flickr and Picasa web albums...
