Is dnn ready for WAI? (Web Accessibility Initiative) there are modules that allow reading aloud? thanks

There are no DNN modules for "reading aloud."  There aren't any for any other product either.  This is all on the client side, using screen reader software.

DNN is not perfect, but with attention to detail you can make it work.  You need to watch for issues with navigation, treeviews are out for WAI, and you need to make sure your content is correct.  Make sure the styles used in your skin don't interfere with readers, use <h1>, <h2> tags, etc. instead of specific font designations in your content.  You'll find some modules are problematic and shouldn't be used if WAI is part of your requirement.
