Yesterday I ran www.DotNetNUke.com through the W3C standard validator.....and guess what, it passed?

Does this mean DNN5 is W3C compliant out of the box without any tweeking?

I'd be grateful if someone could confirm this before I start testing DNN5?

DNN 5.1.0 Core Framework appears to be XHTML compliant, however it depends on your modules and skin, whether your site will pass as well.

Hi Sebastian,

I like the words "appears to be"? I'll give it a test and see if I can get it working.

Thanks,

Dave.

 David,

The core DNN 5.1 platform is XHTML compliant, however, as Sebastian points out, each core module is tested independently and there are still a few that are not fully compliant.  The bottom line is that you need to test each module you plan to use and make sure your skin is compliant.
