Hi,

I am wondering why DNN does not have the capacity to define the SMTP on a per portal basis.

I currently have several portals on one of my installations and the standard newsletter module is getting my SMTP server in trouble for being a spammer as it is sending blast emails from multiple different email addresses and the emails are not being batched.

If DNN had batched control of the newsletter and SMTP configurable per portal my life would be a lot easier!

Any thoughts or work arounds would be greatly appreciated.

This desire has been posted a few times before and it is on our to do list for one of the next versions, when extending the mail capacities inside the framwork.
