Has anybody else experienced the increasly slow loadtimes of this site? I understand it must be a heavily utilised site however.... The slow loading of the front page is not a good advertisement for the product. Just wondering if any performance improvements are to be gained with the impending 5.1.1. I must say when the new release came out in June there was a clear increase in speed but it has seemed to have gone back to the old days?

Thanks

Seem a lot faster to me since 5.1.1 started being dogfooded on this site.

During this period there could be issues whilst 5.1.1 is tweaked and patched... so I think the real time to observe standard performance here is a week after 5.1.1 is available to download (reason for the extra week is that site traffic will go up as soon as DNN is released).

5.1.1 should be available in the next few weeks depending how on the dogs gut reacts. We shall see what happens.

I agree the sites I have running in 5.1 are faster it just seems this site is unbearably slow. Hopefully things will improve. Cheers
