After upgrading a DNN 4.8.x portal to DNN 5.1.0 some users are getting an error on login.   Any help at correcting this issue would be greatly appreciated!!!

I'm no help, but I got this same error tonight logging on as myself... even though it worked fine like 3 hours ago...

did you try to restart your application / app pool?

which DNN version?

05.01.00 is the version I am using.  I restarted the application pool and web site, then after that didn't fix their issue, I went as far as restarting IIS.

 I tested in IE6, IE7, IE8, Firefox, Safari, Chrome on the PC, and Firefox and Safari on the Mac.   I used the host account and just a generic account I created.  I personally can not duplicate it.  However, they get it each time they log in.

What version of .NET framework are you using?
Are you using AJAX Toolkit or something (via third party module).
Can you get your users to clear their cache if possible.
