After one of the recent upgrades (to 5.x probably).  I have noticed that on a page that has a module where I could usually type in a search and hit enter, the enter no longer is popping the event on my modules button but is causing an event on something in the control panel.

Was this purposely done, or is it some sort of error that could be worked around.  The result is I get directed to the admin tab (as if you had clicked on the admin top menu).

Is there a way I can override this?

Jeff I am experiencing the same issue after upgrading to 5.x.  Have you found a solution?

Are you using latest DNN version 5.1.1?

If the issue still exists, please add it into the public tracker (2nd from top) at support.dotnetnuke.com.

Thank you.

not sure which version fixed it but it is fixed as long as the ribbon bar is minimized.
