<p>&#160;Hi, i use DNN4.9.3. My online applicaiton recently have problem and showing service unavailable. The sever guy said is view_state failed error cause Cache Corrupt so is showing Service Unavailable. How come a client state view_state can affect cache and cause the site will only show service unavailable, is like a DDOS&#160;sign to me. Anyone can help? thanks.</p>

Sad to see that no-one has replied to this - as I think it's a wider problem.

I too have been getting this  - I have also been getting erratic behaviour when adding pages/modules to one of my clients' websites. This is a site that has been up since version 3, yet in the last 3-5 months [versions 4.9.0 through to 4.9.5] my client has complained that modules set up in sub-pages have appeared on the home page!! - but after  a few cntrl-F5s they revert to the correct page - but then bounce back... . A review of the database shows the pages are correctly instanced there.

I have moved the caching state [Host Settings>>Advanced settings>>Performance settings]  from 'moderate caching' to 'no caching'  - and the problem went away...

Be intersting to know if the problem has surfaced on the 5.0.1.x versions....
