I am new to DNN but not to CMS software. I have been having a very difficult time working with DNN and I am not sure if it is something simple I am missing, or if this truely is not a user friendly cms.

Two issues I have been having:

1. Cannot add/edit/delete 'Announcements'. I added the module to the front page of my site and using an admin account, superuser, and host accounts I cannot add any announcements to my site.

2. I accidentally added the wrong module to a page and cannot remove that individual module. The module was the Store Menu. I don't want to delete that entire page, but it is looking more and more like that is my only option.

Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Please always state the DNN version, your site is running.

  1. make sure, you are in edit mode (top left corner of the page)
  2. ditto
