I realize that this probably isn't the right venue, but I am having trouble with the module.

I've installed it on a 4.9.3 DotNetNuke installation and it works fine.

I have now installed on a 4.9.4 installation and it's throwing an error:

I was wondering if anyone has seen this, or has ideas how to fix it.  I don't know if it is data-related, or a problem with the module.  I do know that there don't seem to be any issues with user profiles in the other site areas.

Thanks!

1)  Effority has a good support system, it would be wise to use it.

2)  This is a Null error.  You have a Null in your database that the module didn't expect to see.

3)  Could you have made the post a little wider? It didn't quite span all three of my monitors.

Jeff

1.  Thanks.

2.  Yes, I've been looking ...

3.  My apologies ... I guess a fourth monitor is out of the question?

AFAIK, Effority UserDirectory is accessing the database directly - bypassing the DNN API for performance reasons, which beares some risk of version dependency - especially if new "features" like soft-deleted users are introduced.

Due to being an open source project, you are able to debug source and improve it; Benjamin and Oliver will be glad to include your enhancements.

Sebastian,

Do the "soft deletes" exist in 4.9.4 and not is 4.9.3?

Thanks!
