We  have DNN 4.9.3 installed.  Using the FCKeditor Link Gallery, we are trying to link a file.  The file exists in the portal structure.  However, when we select the file location from the dropdown list, the file does not exists in the file dropdown list.  So we opt to upload the selected file.  We browse to it and select the file.  I then select the "Upload Selected File" link and get the following error:

An Error Has Occurred When Attempting To Save The File: d:\inetpub\dotnetnuke\wwwroot\Portals\0\monitoring\nell1.jpg.  Please Contact Your Provider To Ensure The Appropriate Security Settings Have Been Enabled On The Server.

The problem is the target should be the z: drive, not the d: drive.  The d: drive is my local DVD drive and has never been associated with this project.  It doesn't matter where the source file resides, I keep getting the same error.  Is there a setting in DNN that defaults to the d: drive and if so, why?  I successfully linked another file before I started getting this error so I know this works.

I'm somewhat new to DNN so little quirks like this are new to me.

The path specified is determined by the DNN installation and how you browse through the system.  It should never be outside the actuall DNN install location unless DNN was moved incorrectly.

Can you be more specific with "moved incorrectly"?

I found the documents relating to moving a DNN install.  However, the solution came in the form of a database restore.  The database was in MS SQL 2008 originally and we had to export it to MS SQL 2005.  When the DBA did the export, he forgot to set a flag in the export properties.  None of the Keys, Constraints or Indexes were exported.  When the export was done again, we captured all of these objects and all the errors were corrected.
