I had the same issue in a few DNN installs. (Issue here) For the most part this was v5.1.3. However, in v5.1.4 I was able to reinstall the HTML provider sucessfully. The package should be in your ~\Install\Module directory.

Hi,

can you explain what you mean by 'reinstall the HTML provider'  I take it that you don't mean reinstall the HTML module, 'cos I tried that and got this:

SQL Execution resulted in following Exceptions: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Invalid column name 'DesktopHtml'. Invalid column name 'CreatedByUser'. I

Bollocks!    Didn't realise that you were replying to a later message.

Time to try again.

Barry,

I suggest to re-run SQL upgrade scripts for the HTML modules, which might have failed.

Backup your database, Go to SQL in Host menu, load and execute appropriate version .sqldataprovider files inside /desktopmodules/html/providers/dataproviders/sqldataprovider/
