 No, I didn't email them.

I shouldn't have to. That's the point.

I'm just trying to make a point and put some pressure on the subject.

DNN Corp has to do what it thinks best with its time and resources. But in my opinion this something that should be a priority.

I just want to keep pointing out DNNs sloppy edges so they will get fixed for the good of DNN and the community.

I use also use an vendor like ConstantContact so I know some of the issues. It would be great to see at some point some good integration with products like this.

I also think that with just a little work DNN could have a decent newsletter subscription service within DNN. (For low volume sites) The bones of it already exist in DNN with subscriptions and the newsletter module, but it needs fleshed out and promoted. But this is another issue.

Sebastian, I do appreciate your time in writing back. Your commitment to the project really shows.

Sebastian,

Did you forget rule #1..  don't click on links or email spammers?  :)

Also, the OP states  "I tried to use DNN Contact options to request and answer to me questions but i have not received any replies."

So..   since you are on a DotNetNuke team, I assume you have a way to make a direct contact to an upset 'customer' about something that should work but isn't?

Thanks in advance.

Andrew, I responded to your request in this thread (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/118/threadid/343709/scope/posts/Default.aspx).  We are workikng to correct this issue.  If we were unresponsive, or otherwise dismissive, or ignored you then I would side with you as a Community advocate.  However, we are being responsive to you... we genuinely care about getting things right and improving our systems to better serve everyone.  For you to ignore that seems inconsistent with the understanding of grace I would assume you have.

I am locking this thread and will cheerfully await your contact via email.  Helping us identify which system sourced the repeat email would actually be the most helpful thing you could do.

Cheers,
Scott
