I tried to use DNN Contact options to request and answer to me questions but i have not received any replies.

When DNN acquired Snowcovered I started getting Snowcovered emails. I don't want to get Snowcovered emails. So I tried to do what I would do with any other email subscriptions. I looked for an unsubscribe link. What I found took me to DNN's Constant Contact subscription options. There was no straight forward way to unsubscribe from Snowcovered.

Basically what it comes down to is DNN is not doing email publications properly. This needs fixed. And when it's done right it will prove to be a great addition to DNN.

But for now, it there a way for me to get the DNN emails I do want and not the ones I don't want?

There is a link at the bottom of every snowcovered email that, when clicked, will unsubscribe you from the snowcovered.com emails. If you are on that page, you could chose to select to subscribe from all emails if you so like. Keep in mind that this is handled independently of DotNetNuke, in the Constant Contact system and they are doing things correct and they abide all SPAM compliance rules.

 Crispy,

I beg to differ. I did click on the unsubscribe link in the last three Snow Covered emails. And yes I am still receiving them.

As you can see by the list below it seems that DNN doesn't just have one Snow Covered list but miltiple. One for each mailing I suppose. My guess is DNN data is queried and a new list is imported for each send. So while I have unsubscribed from the last email list the new emails is sent from a new email list.

If I am wrong please enlighten me. But the fact still stands that I am getting Snow Covered emails and I have unsubscribed,

And while I understand Constant Contacts system may be correct I believe DNN is not using it properly.

It happened again. Today I received another Snowcovered email. Obviously the current system is NOT working.
