 I had store module installed on my website then I decided to remove it without using it. Now I see lots of tables created for the store module in my database. Is there  a easy way to delete all these tables at once or I have to delete these tables one by one?

When you uninstalled the module there should have been an uninstall.SqlDataProvider file that removed the tables.  You could try manually running that file via the "Host" -> "SQL" page, just check the option for Run As Script.
