Hey All,

I've been working in a new portal created a few weeks ago. I have about 5 other portals that would perfect. I am running DNN 5 with IIS6 and Windows Server 2003.

I am unable to sync or add new folders via the file manager. When I try add a new folder I get the following error:

Error: File Manager is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.FileManager.FileManager.GeneratePermissionsGrid() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.FileManager.FileManager.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

When I try to Sync file manager I get this error:

A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

It seems like some type of permission error but I can't quite figure it out. I've searched the forums and no luck so far. I've also already tried reseting IIS. Thanks for any help in advanced.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately this is not the problem. There is nothing even in the filemanager right now expect for eveything that comes with the installation of DNN.
