That was my understanding from reading the license document as well.  Though if a developer had the developer's license, the Telerik controls were licensed in the same way they always were.

Its rather funny we have to speculate. I asume someone know the deal made with Telerik.

I still read the hidden license as before.

further clarification will be coming soon - the thanksgiving holidays were last thursday/friday, meaning many people were not in the office.

Make sure the clarification includes the use of the RadEditor. Is it OK to use it when DNN CE is deployed? Actually, I think RadEditor is better than CKEditor so if RadEditor is available to any DNN user, why not make RadEditor the default HTML editor and CKEditor the other option.

I will be posting a blog shortly on the inclusion of the Telerik controls in the 5.2 release. The actual license agreement for the controls is included in the /website/documentation folder of the 5.2 distribution ( linked to here for your benefit ).
