Hi I'm running dotnetnuke 4.9.4, and I am having the following issue: very frequently (several times per day) my site is automatically redirecting to: http://www.365mammoth.com/Install/Install.aspx?mode=upgrade, with the following message:

Upgrading DotNetNuke
Current Assembly Version: 04.09.04
Current Database Version: 04.09.05

Upgrade Status Report
00: - Upgrading to Version: 4.9.4
00: - Performing General Upgrades

Upgrade Complete

Click Here To Access Your Portal

The site is unavailable for several minutes, and then I can get back to the site normally.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this, and how I can stop it from happening?

Thanks

It looks like your DotnetNuke.dll assembly is still the old one.
