Late to the discussion, but is there a way to change / override this default behaviour? I'm working with a shopping cart and the product level view "hides" all the other panes, removing the left navigation / shopping cart et.al.

I have the DNN source and am very new to walking the DNN code, so a pointer into where this logic resides or at least starts would be appreciated.

Regarding the load control option, is that done via the aspx page for the "view"?

Just looking for a start place to investigate from.
