".. please allow me to introduce myself.."

Fryslan Webservices™ (FWS) is an internet publishing private individual based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. FWS is the webpresence of a male person born in Fryslan. FWS™ is no registered trademark. FWS has been active on the web since 1997 and is involved in DotNetNuke since Dec. 2003. Through the (Visual Basic) open source DNN project the (C#) open source Nsurvey project was discovered in 2004.

For a short time both projects seemed to cooperate well on the development of a DNN based Nsurvey module. Unfortunately Nsurvey went commercial and the DNN module version of Nsurvey never set through. In an attempt to revive the former open source Nsurvey project and to bring about the DNN/ Nsurvey integration that never was (but should be) former sources as collected in previous years were published through the Codeplex website and a new Survey version was built on one of the Nsurvey versions (1.6) initially.

Today we're happy to announce that at http://survey.codeplex.com a new release was published of the free and open source survey & webform application  Survey™ v. 1.2.1

Survey is a free web based survey and form engine toolkit for Microsoft .Net. written in asp.net and C#.
The open source Survey project is a restart of the former websurvey solution NSurvey.

A demosite is available at http://survey.dotnetnukes.nl
More information can be found at the Community site at http://www.surveyproject.info

Feel free to join and help to get the DNN Survey module working!

Please read the instructions on the frontpage of the site and don't be fooled by the initial message. As it states not all options are available for testing/ demo. Nevertheless after loging in there are still multiple menuoptions available to create and test surveys. Questions concerning the use of the Survey application can be asked through the forums of http://www.surveyproject.info
