In the last few months, I've been reading a lot about smart clients applications and Microsoft Composite UI Application Block.  I can not imagine how great it would be to have a smart client version of DNN.  Could you please give me your thoughts on that?  Do you think it is possible?

Essentially, what you're asking for is a Windows Forms version of DNN. Currently, that would definitely be out of the scope of DNN - although, it could be an extension in the future. This would require a vast amount of changes from top-to-bottom, tho, so I don't see it happening any time soon. It's a nice idea, but a lot of work.
