I have dnn web site at goDaddy hosting company.
I want to make backup of my sql server.
The only way to do this in their control panel is using the sql admin
and exporting for each table the data... this may take hours.

Is there modules or scripts to make automatically backup of db?
What backup policy do you use in hosted web sites?

Thanks.

There is one big problem with that modules, and the problem is that you have to buy those modules, i think a back of module should be core module.

this helps to keep dotnetnuke to be more stable than other portal servers.

I tend to disagree with you there. You should be able to trust your hosting provider in the backup department. However, you can make some poor-man's backup by creating a portal template from your portal. That is far from perfect though (but that will get better ....)

cheers,

Erik
