HI guys,

Anyone know where Emerald Solutions has gone? Their site looks like its been taken down, emails are bouncing.

I recently bought their eTailer module and need some support :(

I have the same problem. I had received a few "patches" from them to fix my problem before they dropped off the net, but they didn't work. Now I am in search of the source code. I have opened a ticket with SnowCovered in hopes that they still have contact with the dev. If you have the source code, please let me know.

Ive been in email contact with Alan Thompson (from Emerald), but he's his usual completely unhelpful self.

He claims he will support via email - but no further patching/development is going on. I assume it all got a bit too much for him once people got the source and realised how bad his programming is.

Wish Id known before recommending it to all my clients.

And if you need some heavy duty support (paid), Ive been dealing with an awesome mob of New Zealand developers who have been customising eTailer installations for me. Walter is a genius, and his email is here : Walter Nicholls <walter.nicholls@cornerstone.co.nz> - but be warned, due to his genius, theyre busy!

If you can get hold of him there, ask him to do something with the source so that all his customers aren't left high and dry.. i.e. give it to the community or put it up for sale.

I've got eTailer running on DNN 5.5.1, .Net4.0, Integrated, but that took some messing around and I'm migrating the couple of portalsI have to http://nbstore.codeplex.com/ in any case because of the dead end.

I was recommended NBStore as well by the Cornerstone lads. Will be using it from now on.
