This is a caching issue, if you clear the cache or restart the application it will likely go away.

You should also upgrade to 5.5, that will likely address the issue long term

Hello Chris,

Thanks for the reply,

however when we're upgrading it to 5.5.0

i saw there's an error executing SQL data provider 5.5.0

and we got error when adding page :
Error: is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Invalid column name 'ModuleTitle'. Invalid column name 'ModuleTitle'. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Invalid column name 'ModuleTitle'. Invalid column name 'ModuleTitle'. at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlInternalConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection) at System.Data.SqlClient.TdsParser.ThrowExceptionAndWarning(TdsParserStateObject stateObj) at System.Data.SqlClient.TdsParser.Run(RunBehavior runBehavior, SqlCommand cmdHandler, SqlDataReader dataStream, BulkCopySimpleResultSet bulkCopyHandler, TdsParserStateObject stateObj) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlDataReader.ConsumeMetaData() at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlDataReader.get_MetaData() at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.FinishExecuteReader(SqlDataReader ds, RunBehavior runBehavior, String resetOptionsString) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.RunExecuteReaderTds(CommandBehavior cmdBehavior, RunBehavior runBehavior, Boolean returnStream, Boolean async) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.RunExecuteReader(CommandBehavior cmdBehavior, RunBehavior runBehavior, Boolean returnStream, String method, DbAsyncResult result) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.RunExecuteReader(CommandBehavior cmdBehavior, RunBehavior runBehavior, Boolean returnStream, String method) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.ExecuteScalar() at Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.Data.SqlHelper.ExecuteScalar(SqlConnection connection, CommandType commandType, String commandText, SqlParameter[] commandParameters) at Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.Data.SqlHelper.ExecuteScalar(String connectionString, CommandType commandType, String commandText, SqlParameter[] commandParameters) at Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.Data.SqlHelper.ExecuteScalar(String connectionString, String spName, Object[] parameterValues) at DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider.AddModule(Int32 ContentItemID, Int32 PortalID, Int32 ModuleDefID, Boolean AllTabs, DateTime StartDate, DateTime EndDate, Boolean InheritViewPermissions, Boolean IsDeleted, Int32 createdByUserID) at DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.ModuleController.AddModuleInternal(ModuleInfo objModule) at DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.ModuleController.AddModule(ModuleInfo objModule) at DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.ModuleController.DeserializeModule(XmlNode nodeModule, XmlNode nodePane, Int32 PortalId, Int32 TabId, PortalTemplateModuleAction mergeTabs, Hashtable hModules) at DotNetNuke.Entities.Tabs.TabController.DeserializePanes(XmlNode nodePanes, Int32 PortalId, Int32 TabId, PortalTemplateModuleAction mergeTabs, Hashtable hModules) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Tabs.ManageTabs.SaveTabData(String strAction) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Tabs.ManageTabs.cmdUpdate_Click(Object Sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace

it seems to be the database and data layer communication issue,
do you have any SQL script to fix this ?

i found some on :

Thanks.

Do you now have or did you at one time have iFinity URL Master installed? If so, you will need to upgrade to the latest version or if you are no longer using URL Master and had uninstalled it, remove or disable the trigger that it placed on the Modules table of the database. This issue stems from a change in DNN 5.5.0 which moved the ModuleTitle column from the Modules table to the TabModules table. Even if URL Master had been uninstalled, the trigger remains enabled.

Also, if you have the Events module installed, you will need to upgrade to the latest release version to fix its reference to the no-longer used Modules.ModuleTitle column.

What Bill said. Ifinity URL Master needs to be upgraded to 2.0
