Can someone recommend a simple video gallery module? We don't need anything fancy, just something where we can upload and display videos of our tours (we are a holiday company). There seem to be quite a few options so some suggestions would be good.

My advice would be to use the BizModules Ultra Video Gallery.
The module is in active development from a long established developer.
They supply a decent manual and the support is quite good too as are the forums.
 A trial version is available.

You may look at this and think that it has many features you will not need. My answer to this is that the bits you do want to use all work very well and anyway, we all buy software that we initially only use a small fraction of but later come to appreciate and use other features.
AFAIK: UMG comes with client and server side encoders.
UMG does allow you to get to your video to all platforms including closed ones such as iThings.

 Hope this helps
