Hi,
I have a dnn  05.06.00 (459) installation on .NET Framework 4.0
If I write the address http://www.mysite.com I get an error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
If I write http://www.mysite.com/default.aspx it loads OK
The same happens with child portals, I must put the default.aspx.
No special modules are installed.
This site is on shared hosting so I have limited access to the IIS
I guess it is something with the IIS but can't see any difference from other site I have in the iis settings.

Any ideas how to solve this?
Thanks

most likely, default.aspx is missing as default document.

the only other idea would be URL rewriting rules, did you modify it or install a url rewriting module like URLMaster from ifinity.com.au?
