Hi all,

  I am using DNN 5.6.0 and all was going well until i had a bit of a problem adding a new tab about a week ago. For some reason the page failed to update and the new tab was not created. I have now got round to re-adding the tab back in called News. However when I hit update I get the following error:

I have edited out some of the file host path as I didn't want to put the host root path in an open forum.

Can anyone advise me how to manually delete this invisable tab. I asume that this exists in some database somehere but is not showing on the site for some reason.
