hello ,
in IIS i have a DNN site version 4.8 named DNNweb4.8.com.Under this site i have a virtual directory of anther application named aspweb2.com.
in aspweb2.com, i copied bin folder from DNNweb4.8.com. and everythig is working perfect.
I upgraded  DNNweb4.8.com from 4.8 to 5.6.2 , and pasted the bin folder again in aspweb2.com from  upgraded site.now my problem is everything is working fine in both sites except some arabic caption in aspweb2.com.arabic captions in aspweb2.com is showing like ������.


how can i solve this?

please check globalization section in your child app folder, it should provide proper encoding statement (like in DotNetNuke web.config).
