When we try to create a link to an achor using the RadEditor link manager, it inserts a url that looks like this:

<a href="/KevinTest/tabid/213/ctl/Edit/mid/672/Default.aspx#Test Achor"/>

As a result, when clicking on the link, it brings you to the page in edit mode. You get a permissions error when not logged in. Any idea what might be wrong?

Still a problem. I guess this has become the standard. Tons of quirky issues, no support.

Same problem here! Version Community 6.0.1.

Solution is set IECleanAnchors=False (http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/editor-content-filters.html).

Bye.

Sorry but the correct fix is:

In file [DNNROOT]\Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\Telerik\Config\ConfigDefault.xml change line:

DefaultFilters

with:

None

or list of values without the IECleanAnchors value, like this:

RemoveScripts,MakeUrlsAbsolute,FixUlBoldItalic,FixEnclosingP,MozEmStrong,ConvertFontToSpan,ConvertToXhtml,IndentHTMLContent,EncodeScripts,OptimizeSpans,ConvertCharactersToEntities,PdfExportFilter

http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/editor-content-filters.html

Bye.
