Doron I wish I could recommend a shopping cart for DNN. Quite frankly I find them all to be pretty terrible. At least the one that comes with DNN is free! They're all so bad I'm really considering putting together a proper professional cart if I can find a back-end dev to do the dirty work.

All I can say is, make sure you use the trials as much as possible. It's not until you start actually using these carts (like running test transactions) that you find 10 bugs that have existed for the past year and will never be fixed. Based on your needs though, hopefully, you'll never come across show-stopping bugs like I have with smith cart. :(

Our preferred shopping cart is AspDotNetStorefront.  Over 10,000 stores run on AspDotNetStorefront. AspDotNetStorefront is a solid e-commerce platform that has a large community and also has add-ons developed for it.  It isn't a DotNetNuke cart, but because we love working with it and we love DotNetNuke, we developed a DotNetNuke extension that allows you to use AspDotNetStorefront and DotNetNuke together.   You can check it out at http://www.InnestoNuke.com/videos/ and we have a data sheet that talks about the features of InnestoNuke and some of the popular features of AspDotNetStorefront here. http://bit.ly/inaspdnsf

Take a look at http://demo.revindex.com (the user/pwd is provided on the Login page). For more details about the software, check out the product specifications tab at http://www.revindex.com web site. It might fit your needs. Thanks,

I use the original ML/DNN ASPDotNetStorefront at www.uncommongames.com and it is very powerful. Unfortunately there was a break up between ASPDNSF and DNN Corp at some point and they scrapped the project. But I am still using it years later. I can't even speculate how much I invested in that effort and was pretty upset to see it die.

I saw that InnestoNuke came out with a new version for DNN and there was a big push a couple months ago to with discounts to migrate from the old ML/DNN to InnestoNuke. Well, I actually responded on their website form that I was very interested and got nothing back. Then I called their marketing lady several days in a row and left messages about how interested I was and never got a response.

I am still somewhat interested but a little wary given their track record on sales support. If they won't return multiple sales calls then how good of support do they provide. If you know them personally feel free to share my  sentiments and see if they can get in touch with me.

Otherwise, I have installed a couple of Magento stores and learned quite a bit about that. It is my only non-dnn work since DNN v1, but was a good excuse to get a Linux server up and running.

Cliff -

I apologize for your experience with our sales team.   We are the development team behind InnestoNuke.  As soon as I got your message I asked our team to look into this and we are having difficulty tracking down exactly what happened but it is clear we messed up.  Jim on our sales team left you a message this morning.

It is our practice to respond within 1 business day and while I know you have not seen that here, I hope we can have another chance to demonstrate that to you.
