My client is not happy with the performance although I have cachig set to heavy but still he is not happy. You can see it at: http://campaigncommandcenter.com/harold/

I remember once I saw a module on snowcovered which decreased the response time but now I am unable to find it. Could you please tell me any module to increase dnn's performance. Or any setting that can be done.

btw my i m using shared host, pronethosting.net so I wont have direct access to IIS.

You can paste your URL in this site for some advices
http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/

You could subscribe to a ping-service(they call it watchdog) on this site(it's free) to keep the asp.net process in the server's memory.
www.master.com

This is also worth trying
