My current site is using DNN 5.5.0. I noticed that some log items in log viewer disappeared.  In morning, I saw them in the list. However, they have disappeared when I opened Log viewer in the afternoon. What happened?

Please help me to fix this issue.

log items do not disappear unless the settings tell the scheduled task they are not to be retained. Log in as host and go to admin->event viewer and edit the settings, you can see what log event types are recorded and their details -some may be set to only retain a small number of records (such as 10), and you may want to increase that to a larger value such as 100

please be also aware that admin users get a filtered view on the event viewer, containing portal specific events only.
