Hi Costas, I thought IHostASP.net did offer MS SQL 2008 so I checked with sales and they do in fact now offer MS SQL 2008 and 2008 R2 databases (they need to update their home page). If you're interested then I'm advised "he should sign up for an account on our home page, setup his domains within the Helm control panel, create a FTP account and upload backups of his sites files and databases. Once he has uploaded the data for his site he should contact our support department and request us to restore his sites to our servers. If his sites are DNN installations we will update his connection strings and attempt to complete the setup of the sites on our servers."

Well, i have emailed IHostASP.net 3 days ago and until now i got NO reply.

So i can imagine what kind of "support" they have.

Also i tried the Live chat but i was 50-60 in the line, so i left ....

Didn't even know they had live chat! Well, all I can is say is that they have always answered support tickets pretty quickly. Which email did you use? contact@ihostasp.net?

Hi Costas,

OK, I've had a go at iHostASP.net (I really don't like it when I recommend somewhere and they let me down) and they are pushing forward some web site updates as a result.

The email address contact@ihostasp.net is no longer used. All contact is now centralised via the Support Center and If you are still interested then go to https://support.ihostllc.net/ and submit a support ticket.

But they have confirmed they don't have live chat on the site so I don't know where you were trying that from.
