Well...happy to see I'm not alone. I don't see a single advantage to this new store over snowcovered. I see all kinds of disadvantages.

1. NO HELP
2. COMPLETE lack of support or response
3. NO Watch List

and now after placing an order I'm told to way a day or two and I can download it. BULL$%!#. Email says that orders placed on the weekend take longer to review. I happen to work on the weekends. This just blows.

I haven't placed an order in the new store yet, all my latest customers wanted custom skin by our company, but if what you say it's true then.. the new stores does not save us time, it rather adds up.

We are working weekends too. No customers in office and almost zero incoming phonecalls. That enables us to buy a module / skin for testing or implementation. If we can't buy and test / implement at the same day then we are facing with the deadline problem and the time management problem (we have to time manage when to buy and when to implement).

Same here. Had entered three tickets weeks ago, sent two mails to the sales account and never got a response.

Cheers,

The RSS feeds are also missing from the new store. I have built a website using the RSS feeds and my website has been out of commission since the new store launch.
