If your live website (celcat.net) is the one having this issue, it appears to have been corrected or browser dependent as the minimize/maximize of modules works fine for me in IE 9. As Sebastian indicated it is usually a browser issue fixed by clearing the browse's site cookies and cache.

Where are the individual user settings stored?

It's confused me as it works perfect for me when using my logon but just won't work after I log in as this particular user. Does exactly the same in IE, Firefox and Chrome

Thanks for the reply

Yes, it expands fine when anonymous but won't expand after I logon as this particular user. It also works fine for other users, it's just this one I have a problem with. I logged in on another machine that has never connected to celcat.net and it does the same so something must be getting stored somewhere?

AFAIK the information is stored in a local cookie. is there anything special with the user - a special character in user name or sth like this?

Hi,

I've checked the user profile and can't see anything odd about the profile such as odd characters etc. We are still on version 04.09.05 of DNN but from what you and others are saying, it's a cookie issue. I just can't figure out how it can be cookies when it's not working on many difference machines

Regards

Chris
