Hai

Can any one give me a step by step tutorials for creating modules and packaging that module and installing that module in another system.

Sure - start here http://www.dotnetnuke.com/tabid/125/default.aspx

download the documentation, unzip and read the module developer documentation.  It explains this clearly.  There are some differences for C# developed items, but only in source form.  Start there, then go read the posts in the "Extend It" forums - depending on your version.
