Hi,

I have three DNN installations, all of which have been upgraded in individual stages from DNN 6.2.0 > DNN 6.2.1 > DNN 6.2.2 > DNN 6.2.3 > DNN 6.2.4 as the new versions became available. In one installation, when going to Host > Extensions, there is the following message:

The following packages are invalid:
D:\WebRoot\Domains\xxxxxxxxx.net\wwwroot\Install\Language\ResourcePack.Full.06.02.01.de-DE.resources
D:\WebRoot\Domains\xxxxxxxxx.net\wwwroot\Install\Language\ResourcePack.Full.06.02.01.es-ES.resources

So browsing to the folder, I see that the Resource Packs for DNN 6.2.2 and DNN 6.2.3 are missing whilst the Resource Packs for DNN 6.2.0, DNN 6.2.1 and DNN 6.2.4 are there.

I note in the other installations that all Resources Packs for DNN 6.2.0 through to DNN 6.2.4 are installed.

All my installs are set to English (UK) with English (US) disabled and no other languages installed.

Do I need to worry about this and, if so, how do I go about sorting this out?

TIA.

I have been otherwise engaged the last few months since posting this but would now like to resolve this issue.

AFAIK theres nothing to worry about - we distributed the 5 corp supported language packs in a number of 6.x installations. Whils they should only be in the install packages, there were a few occasions that they were shipped in an upgrade package (they're always in a source package). It's entirely safe to delete these. It's partly for reasons such as this that we stopped shipping the language packs and now installations pull down fresh copies from the update service.
