In order to encourage participation on the wiki, there should be some type of not overly intrusive attribution on each page for all contributors. Perhaps something at the bottom listing all contributors with there name being a link to their profile and their website with a link. Other gamification options could be good too.

i agree, but we are somewhat limited as we're using a 3rd party product that we dont have source for. That said, we can do some things by direct database access as long as we're careful (this is how we currently extract points for contributions to the wiki currently), so perhaps this can be expanded (I dont know though as Im not part of the team who "owns" dotnetnuke.com)
