This is my first encounter with the new extended user profile feature in 3.03.  I have discovered a number of issues and am looking for either work arounds or information as to when these problems might be resolved.

1) If you add properties or change the name of any of the existing properties the new labels do not appear on the profile form.

2) The check boxes for required or visible for the properties seems not to work at all.

3) The default values on the properties also seem not to work.

Thanks for any help I can get.

1) search the forum it has been said many times already (you need to add the localization keys)

2) & 3) current implementation seems to ignore all this, logged in the bugtracker as bugs/enhancements

 

however all the necessary information is available for you custom modules to use and implement correctly

Edit your Skin.xml and Container.xml files with:
