I have a DNN 07.01.02 site that has been up and running for several months now, and suddenly one of the top-level pages, when I try to access page settings or the content editor, opens up a modal that is blank. I can access the page settings via Admin < Page Management. Nothing changed on the page or settings since launch. There's no weird content on the page—just some text and internal links. We haven't changed the page URL. Permissions are set correctly. I can access other pages at that level and its sub pages' page settings and content editors.

One weird thing I noticed is that when I access the page settings for its sub pages, the URL path doesn't include the top level page. So it shows: website.com/ProviderName when it should say website.com/Providers/ProviderName

Any ideas what might be causing this issue?

I'd suggest checking with a http proxy such as fiddler to see if there are any unexpected redirects (e.g. 301 or 302's)

Thanks. Tried that and I'm not seeing any redirects at all. I also tried adding a new “providerstwo” page, moving all the providers individual pages underneath it, deleting the original providers page then removing it from the recycle bin, then changing ‘providerstwo’ to ‘providers.’ Once I did that, I could no longer access its settings or edit it – just like the original one. Any other ideas?
